The Tear Away Panel, or TAP is a MOLLE panel that enables the user to quickly remove a pouch that has been mounted on it. This platform is ideal for IFAK's, BOK's, or Med Kits, or just about anything the user may need in a hurry.

The size is 5.5" wide by 7" tall, and is constructed with doubled 1000d cordura. The PALS webbing is 5 rows down and 3 slots across. There is a webbing handle made of 1-1/2" 17337 that is sewn the full length of the panel. The handle side of the panel is sewn with the hook attached to it, and the stationary side has the loop sewn on it.  This gives the user other options for the panel, like adding Shot Shell Holders to the outside in an emergency.  The top of the handle is covered in red tubular webbing* for I.D. purposes. Comes with two 5" Malice Clips.  *Red is the standard color.  Other colors are available in the options menu.*

I saw these and sent a special request to Jones Tactical. I carry a slim IFAK (2 Channel)and needed Tear Away Panels to fit them, as I wear them on my War Belt and they aren't readily accessible when worn.

Jones Tactical did the job...TOP NOTCH....and within 2 weeks I had the custom Tear Away Panels for my Paraclete CANSOF IFAK's. Quality is superb and Jones Tactical was a great guy to work with.

Do not hesitate to contact Jones Tactical for any of their products or with any ideas you may have, they can bring them to fruition.

Ill be ordering another 2 Channel tear off panel soon (Hint Hint).

I ordered one so I could attach my medical kit to a drop leg system and have a way to quickly detach it if needed.
I was looking for a way to have a medical kit that could be thrown to a buddy if needed. This fit the bill perfectly.
The quality and workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend this platform to anyone who needs a quick detachment system.
