cannot use your Credit Card for some reason and we will work with you to find a solution.

Shipping: We only ship United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and FedEx at this time. If you
prefer a different carrier please contact us before you order.

International Shipping: We have started shipping to International customers.
To place an order, please visit our Contact Us page and tell us what you would
like to order. Please include a ship to address so we can get you an accurate
shipping cost.

Returns: If you have a problem with any Jones Tactical product, please email us
for an RMA number and we will provide shipping instructions. The end user is
responsible for all return shipping to Jones Tactical unless we instruct other wise.
NOTE: If you receive your order and then decide to return it, you WILL NOT
receive your shipping cost back, that is the restocking fee.

Warranty: All Jones Tactical products are covered by our guarantee, If you are
not happy with the product, or if the product ever fails to give you 100%
satisfaction, we will refund your money. Period.
